Consulting services in waste management

Provision of some customer´s obligations on the basis of the Act No. 350/2011 Coll., on chemical substances and chemical mixtures, the Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on public health protection, and other legislative regulations (public notices, government orders, law measures and methodical instructions) as amended.

Arisen obligations e.g.:

• collaboration at keeping records, notification, classification, registration, announcement and packaging of substances and preparations
• processing of “Rules on occupational health and safety and environment protection” for individual workplaces
• handover of information on changes in legislation including notice on deadlines
• representation at negotiation with authorities of state administration and so on
• regular check up of chemical substances to be in accordance with valid legislation (to process check up minutes with recommendation to remove eventual defects)

Provision of some customer´s obligations on the basis of the Act No. 201/2012 Coll., on air protection, and other legislative regulations (public notices, government orders, law measures and methodical instructions) as amended.

Arisen obligations e.g.:

• notice on measuring of emissions in certain frequency, deadlines controlling according to cathegory of air pollution source
• check up of keeping overviews and operating records of air pollution sources
• processing of year report on operating of air pollution source
• processing of data for fee determination for air pollution
• handover of information on changes in legislation including notice on deadlines
• representation at negotiation with authorities of state administration and so on
• regular check up of air protection state to be in accordance with valid legislation (to process check up minutes with recommendation to remove eventual defects)

Provision of some customer´s obligations on the basis of the Act No. 477/2001 Coll., on packaging, and other legislative regulations (public notices, government orders, law measures and methodical instructions) as amended.

• premises visit
• analysis of contaminated packages that are used, their quantity and weight
• submission of company Report on Packaging Production
• regular check up of packagking state to be in accordance with valid legislation (to process check up minutes with recommendation to remove eventual defects)

Provision of some obligations of water management on the basis of Water Act No. 254/2001 Coll., and other legislative regulations (public notices, government orders, law measures and methodical instructions) as amended.

Arisen obligations e.g.:

• provision of sample collection and analysis according to water legislative decision ( lapol separators, washers and so on)
• processing of year report and data for fee determination
• handover of information on changes in legislation including notice on deadlines
• processing of emergency schedules including proposal on emergency equipment
• representation at negotiation with authorities of state administration and so on
• regular check up of water protection state to be in accordance with valid lalid legislation (to process check up minutes with recommendation to remove eventual defects)

Provision of some obligations of general ecology according to valid legislation and support while its keeping

• prevention of major events of emergency (protocol on object classification) – updating
• processing of basic or eventually detailed evaluation of environmental damage risks
• EIA and IPPC processing
• ISO 14001 implementation and further ISO 14001 supervisory audit
• handover of information on changes in legislation including notice on deadlines
• representation at negotiation with authorities of state administration and so on
